The grapes are essentially harvested mechanically, very early in the night in order to obtain this color. The vinification is carried out in a traditional way in vats under temperature control. This rosé wine offers a seductive color with nuances of raspberries, an impetuous nose with notes of fresh, crunchy and juicy fruits. The mouth is insolent, suave, greedy then abandons itself with freshness and balance.
